Do they have a waiting bay? There are times when you will want your car to be checked as you wait. The mechanic should have a waiting bay with a TV or WI-FI to entertain the customers as they wait for service. Some garages go as far as giving their customers coffee. The way the staff treats you matters a lot as well. They should be welcoming and answer your questions in an informative and friendly manner.
